6. NBF Safety Regulations for Personal Training: Begins Monday, June 22nd

  • Personal training, as a close contact personal service, has been placed in the latter half of Phase 2 of Governor Baker's plan to reopen businesses in Massachusetts. This plan mandates that personal training must be by appointment only with only one customer (or two from the same household) allowed in the facility at a time. Personal training begins Monday, June 22nd, 2020.

  • Proper face masks, covering both the nose and mouth, should be worn into the facility by clients until they have reached their designated workout area.

  • Trainers should also wear a face mask, covering both the nose and mouth, and maintain a 6 ft. distance from clients at all times. Each trainer will be provided 2 face masks from NBF.

  • Each client will be provided a spray bottle with sanitizing disinfectant and paper towels. Clients should sanitize equipment before and after each use with either the sanitizing disinfectant spray bottle and paper towels or disinfectant wipes provided. Additionally, a staff member will be responsible for cleaning down equipment before and after each use by members, clients and guests.

  • In order to book an appointment, clients/members should email or call the facility (508-466-8323) or may directly contact their personal trainer if previously provided their direct contact information.
