CLASSES

Professionally designed for everybody and every body. These classes are adjustable to fit your specific ability, intensity, and fitness level. Each class targets unique fitness goals while incorporating a full body workout.

 

Every one of our instructors are trained and regularly updated with the newest and most effective advances in group fitness. Advance your workout with our amazing trainers and these expertly tailored Group Ex classes.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 3 members are required to run a class. If there are 3+ members signed up by 8pm the night prior to a class, then the class will be held as scheduled. If someone signed up does not show up, they will be charged a $10 no-show cancellation fee. 
*Thank you for your cooperation. We are doing this to ensure we are not wasting our valued instructors time, or yours, by showing up to a class that otherwise should have been cancelled.

Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF.

INDOOR CYCLING

An adrenaline-infused 60-minute ride with feel-good camaraderie and bumpin' playlists. INDOOR CYCLING is a great low-impact cardio workout that makes for an extreme calorie burn. All levels are welcome. Don't forget a towel and water bottle!
