Vinyasa Flow
Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention in VINYASA FLOW; this well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath; modifications always welcome.

PILATES focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.  

gentle yoga

GENTLE YOGA is about Mind & Body. Designed to revitalize the body, relax the mind and reduce stress, this slow moving Yoga class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to restore their internal balance.

group power

Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

group centergy

Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF.


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO."  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.


A fusion of the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, BARRE delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

An adrenaline-infused 60-minute ride with feel-good camaraderie and bumpin' playlists. INDOOR CYCLING is a great low-impact cardio workout that makes for an extreme calorie burn. All levels are welcome. Don't forget a towel and water bottle!

Spin 30

Work on your cardiovascular strength and endurance in our SPIN 30 class powered by invigorating music chosen by our instructors. Get in, sweat it out, and get on with your day in just 30 minutes. Spin 30 is also a great option for new spinners who are looking to ride, but start gradually.
